The gardienne, TRACEY WILLIAMS, will welcome you on arrival. Tracey takes care of BAMBOU and will show you around, explain any idiosyncrasies of the house to you, confirm cleaning days/times and hand over keys. If you have opted for any of our additional extras - e.g. a chef for the night, a massage, extra cleaning (see SERVICES), Tracey will confirm all details with you. Tracey is American - so you won't encounter any language issues! - and has lived in the area for more than 20 years.
On arrival you will find fresh flowers and a basket of local goodies: a welcome sight at the end of a long and tiring journey. To make your first day as relaxing as possible, please note also that Tracey can do a full grocery shop for you or even just pick up the basics to see you through your first evening (see SERVICES).
Throughout your stay, Tracey will be at the end of the phone - if you have any queries or problems, feel free to call her. It is rare that things go wrong in the house - but it is an old house so it can happen: we have an excellent multi-talented handyman on call and we always try to sort out any problems as quickly as is reasonably possible. Please don't suffer in silence.
