All lettings are from Friday to Friday, unless otherwise agreed.
The property will be available at 4.00pm on the day of arrival, and we ask that it is vacated by 10.00am on the day of departure to allow for thorough cleaning, unless otherwise advised. (If there are no booking on either side, we will try to be flexible.)
Weekend/shorter stays available (November - March): please consult.

Group Sizes
Adult-only groups maximum 10, groups with small children maximum 12; discounted rates for groups of 8 and fewer (see prices).
Pets
Only by prior arrangement - please ask.
Deposit
A deposit of 50% is payable to secure the rental. The balance is payable eight weeks in advance of your stay.
Cancellation
If we succeed in re-letting Bambou for the period in question we will refund any money paid less an administrative charge of £100 per week booked. If we are unable to re-let Bambou then any money paid will be forfeited.
Rates include:
Maid service (two mornings a week). Bed linen & towels (changed once per week).
Baskets of logs
All household bills except telephone calls.
BAMBOU reserve the right to change prices without notice.
