Van Gogh Trail A great way to explore the Alpilles is the Van Gogh trail (the Promenade dans L’Univers de Van Gogh) which takes about an hour and covers 21 key locations (in the countryside around St Rémy and in the town itself) that inspired Van Gogh paintings. Equally we can organise a private English speaking guide for you, or you can just join a group tour from the St Rémy Tourist Office. There are also a number of guided nature walks in the Alpilles (outside high summer); please consult us for further details.
